ОСАГО для инвалидов первой группы хотят сделать бесплатным. Вопрос стоит на рассмотрение уже в Госдуме, а депутаты готовят соответствующий законопроект, чтобы инвалиды первой группы, дети инвалидов или лица, осуществляющие уход, могли бесплатно приобретать ОСАГО.
Сейчас ведется активная работа над разработкой этой инициативы. Изменения, которые будут после вступления законопроекта в силу, планируют внести в статью 17 закона об обязательном страховании автоответственности (ФЗ N40). Также вопрос об этой инициативе подняли сами представители группы людей с ограниченными возможностями.
Кстати, до выхода законопроекта по бесплатному ОСАГО, люди с ограниченными возможностями уже могут приобрести его по скидке 50%. С 2022 года компенсацию стали выдавать автоматически.
