Владимир Путин 3 августа 2023 года подписал указ об обязательном государственном страховании жизни и здоровья граждан РФ, которые в составе добровольческих формирований участвуют в боевых действиях.
Какие выплаты положены:
- В случае гибели добровольца, семье выплачивается — 3,1 млн рублей
- При получении инвалидности I группы в ходе боевых действий — 2,3 млн рублей
- При получении инвалидности II группы в ходе боевых действий — 1,5 млн рублей
- При получении инвалидности III группы в ходе боевых действий — 0,78 млн рублей
- При получении тяжелого ранения или увечья — 313 тыс. рублей
- При получении легкого ранения — 78 тыс. рублей
Согласно документу, страховые выплаты положены даже, если дело касается случая самоубийства.
Документ распространяется на всех участвующих добровольцев в СВО с февраля 2022-го.
