Российское страховое агентство (РСА) сообщило о выходе новости отраслевой инициативы — появлении российских «Синих карт». Страховщики-участники бюро «Зелёная карта» приняли решение начать выпуск страховых сертификатов нового стандарта «Синяя карта» с 1 июля 2024 года. Эти сертификаты будут подтверждать наличие страховки гражданской ответственности автовладельцев при поездках в Республику Беларусь.
С этой даты запрещено будет оформлять сертификаты на бланках бюро «Зелёная карта», за исключением случаев выдачи дубликатов. Существующие договоры, заключенные до 1 июля 2024 года на старых бланках, будут продолжать действовать до окончания срока их действия. Новые сертификаты будут выпускаться децентрализованно с использованием технических ресурсов страховщиков, фирменных для всех, но на синих листах единого цвета. В будущем планируется переход к электронному оформлению сертификатов.
